Please note that when ordering our candles or tarts in the warmer months and/or in warmer climates, that these items can sit in hot delivery trucks for hours at a time. We cannot be responsible for any amount of melting of wax that can occur under these circumstances. We also will only ship wax products Monday thru Wednesday in the warmer months to states that are a fair distance from us, to help prevent products from sitting in hot warehouses.
