Also note that inventoried products are NOT guaranteed to be in stock when your order is received by mail. If you only want your order filled if ALL the products requested are in stock, please indicate this on the order form. Otherwise, your order will be processed based on the products that are available when the order is received. We do not backorder items. If you want your order insured, please note that on the order form as well.
SALES TAX
Residents within the state of Ohio will have 7% added to their order for Sales Tax.
INSURANCE Insurance is not required but strongly recommended. You must add it to your cart before you checkout. We are NOT responsible for losses or damages to your order. Insured orders with damages must be settled by YOU with the shipping carrier. Any orders placed without insurance are placed at the buyer's own risk; we incur no liability or responsibility under these circumstances. Insurance is offered for your protection.Insurance is for US customers only.
PAYMENT We accept secure credit card payments (Visa, MC, Discover only--we no longer accept AmEx), as well as Pay Pal. If you choose Pay Pal, you do NOT need an account in order to use their service. Follow the prompts through each step of the payment process to complete submission of your payment.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS Refunds are solely at our discretion and will not be given without return authorization, which you can get via phone or email. REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT, and only if unused/undamaged merchandise is returned at the buyer's expense. The ONLY items that will qualify for return are those due to an error on our part (sent wrong size, quantity, scent, etc). These items may be returned at the buyer's expense for an exchange or store credit. Orders cancelled before shipment are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds of cancelled orders will also be given in the form of store credit (less 20% restocking fee). Items damaged during shipment will NOT be entitled to store refund, but must be settled with shipping company. Refunds of shipping will NOT be given, and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
