What forms of payment do you accept?
A:
We accept Credit Cards. We also accept Pay Pal, using any method of payment you like on their website. We do not accept checks or money orders.
Q: Sales Tax
Do I have to pay Sales Tax?
A:
Only residents within the state of Ohio must pay sales tax; 7% will be added to all orders being delivered to Ohio residents.
Q: Order Placement
Can I place my order by phone or fax?
A:
At this time, we only accept orders via our online shopping cart.
Q: In Stock Items
How do I know if an item is in stock?
A:
If an item is listed for sale on our website, it is in stock or available for purchase. If an item is sold out, it is no longer visible on our website for sale. Occasionally there may be an error in the quantity on hand, but that is rare. 99.9% of the time, if you see an item on our website, it is on hand (or ready to be made to order) and available for purchase.
Q: Successful Ordering
How do I know if my order was successfully placed?
A:
If you order was successfully placed, you will receive an email copy of the order invoice. Note that this invoice does NOT confirm payment of your order. A separate email receipt will be sent once payment in full is received. If you don't receive the email receipt, your payment was not received and your order will not be processed. All unpaid orders will be deleted within 24 hours.

Can I change or cancel my order once it is placed?

No orders can be cancelled or changed once the order is placed and payment is received.

Do you offer Layaway?
A:
No layaway is available at Pip Berry Place, due to the size and nature of our business and products.

What is your Privacy Policy with regard to my personal information?
A:
Pip Berry Place does not share, rent, or otherwise divulge your personal information or email address with any other person or company. Any information you provide here is for ordering purposes only, and will never be shared with anyone else at any time.
Q: Credit Card Information
How secure is my credit card information when I pay by credit card or Pay Pal?
A:
When paying by credit card, your card information is collected by our secure payment gateway; it is not collected or stored by or on Pip Berry Place.
When using your credit card at Pay Pal, that information is likewise collected and stored securely by Pay Pal. Pip Berry Place does not have access to your credit card information or any other financial information at Pay Pal.
Q: Emailing Credit Card Info
Can I email you my credit card information?
A:
It is never, ever safe or secure to email anyone your credit card information. We will never ask you to do that, EVER. If you have trouble at checkout with your CC payment and need to get the card information to us, please email us and we will call you to get the information.
Q: Shipping Carrier
How is my order shipped?
A:
All US orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. All International orders are shipped by USPS International Priority, no exceptions.
Q: Shipping Times
When will my order ship?
A:
For in stock items, most orders will ship within three (3) business days. For made-to-order items, or large quantities of items, your ship time will vary depending upon the size of your order, the current number of orders in process, day of the week, etc. Note that business days are Monday through Friday and exclude all weekends and US holidays.
Q: Order Arrival
How long will it take to receive my order?
A:
Most US orders will ship within three (3) business days via USPS Priority Mail, and will arrive 2-3 business days after shipment. So in general, most US orders will be received within 7 business days.
Most International orders will also ship within three (3) business days via USPS International Priority. However, depending upon the delivery country, customs, and other factors beyond our control, your order can take several weeks to arrive once it has left our hands. The delays in arrival begin once the package leaves US land and enters your country. Please do not email us about the arrival date of your package, as we never know how long it will take to reach you. We will email you when the package ships, but you can usually expect to wait a minimum of two (2) weeks for the arrival or your order.
Q: Damaged Goods
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
A:
Our packages are wrapped and shipped with great care and ample packing materials; no products are damaged when they are placed in the box and shipped to you. If your order arrives damaged, and if you did not purchased shipping insurance, there is nothing we can do. We are not responsible for any items damaged in transit. To ensure the safe arrival of all of our goods, we encourage all customers to purchase insurance at the time of order placement. You can add insurance here:
Purchase Insurance
If your insured order arrives damaged, save the box, all packing materials, and the contents of your order and take them to your local United States Post Office to initiate a damage claim.
NOTE: Insurance is available for US packages only. Do not purchase insurance if you live outside the US; International packages are automatically insured by the USPS up to a set amount of value.

Do you have a print catalog?
A:
Due to the size of our business, and the limited stock of many of our products, we cannot offer a printed catalog for our products. Our website is our most current catalog.

We do not offer wholesale pricing on our products.
